Membership Agreement

By becoming a member of The Ware House GYM, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Your membership is personal and non-transferable.

Facility Usage

Members must adhere to all posted rules and regulations within the gym premises. Any misuse of equipment, disruptive behavior, or violation of facility policies may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of membership.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Members may cancel their membership with written notice within the stipulated cancellation period. Refunds will be provided according to the terms outlined in our refund policy.

Code of Conduct

The Ware House GYM is committed to maintaining a positive and inclusive environment. Members are expected to conduct themselves with respect and courtesy towards fellow members, staff, and facilities. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Health and Safety

Members are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health before engaging in any fitness activities. The Ware House GYM is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or as a result of your participation in our programs.

Personal Belongings

The Ware House GYM is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on the premises. Members are advised to secure their valuables in provided lockers.

Termination of Membership

The Ware House GYM reserves the right to terminate a membership for any reason, including but not limited to violation of facility rules, non-payment of fees, or disruptive behavior.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The Ware House GYM reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our facilities constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Ware House GYM operates.
